I was in the area after visiting the Intrepid museum and looking for a quick place to stop for a drink and some chips, I stumbled upon Tulcingo and had a really great experience! Eric was my server and he was very attentive and was an overall fantastic server. The restaurant itself was very clean and has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m in the area again. I got the Mexican Mule and guacamole, both were very good!

We were in New York and hadn’t tried any restaurants; this restaurant was close by and was an awesome choice !!! A very friendly family atmosphere very good food very good service. We enjoyed talking to them a little bit while we were there on vacation and we actually ended up going there twice. Would go back again if we go into NYC.

One thing about this place is that the owner makes you feel at home. Service is amazing. Portions are pretty big so you can take leftovers. They give you big pieces of the protein you order and it comes with rice, beans and tortillas. Guac was freshly made just needed a bit more salt. The atmosphere is so inviting and clean

Hands down the BEST margaritas in the city (Pineapple and Hibiscus especially). The service was literally perfect, top notch! I felt like I was at a friend’s house as a kid, but in the best way! Like a mom trying to give her guests the best experience ever. It felt very homey and comfortable but with delicious food and warm, friendly service! Highly recommend!
