They send you updates while working with drone photos and are very prompt in answering any questions you have. So nice to work with pros, I was impressed.

We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day.
Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in Brooklyn since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you!

The entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Mike and Maurice are the project managers that assisted with our roof and sidings repair. They answered all questions and I was very comfortable moving forward with their services. Their team got the job done quickly and in a safe manner. The roof was completely gutted and the prices were very reasonable especially considering that we didn't get much help from the insurance. They got the job done in one day. I highly recommend Royal Renovators Roofing for your roofing needs.

Royal Renovators are by far the best contractors that we've hired and they were worth every dime. Mike came to our house for a free estimate and he spent a good amount of time inspecting the areas that needed repairs, as well as consulted our roof inspection report. Even then he gave us a DETAILED idea about what needs to be done, the approach, and the materials needed. He took images from his phone, as well as from his drone. He sat down with us and gave us several detailed options to choose from. Each option gave an overview about material, costs, and approach.
The communication from the office and the team were most important. They communicated when they're able to come, their status, how long they were staying. The team gave our family privacy as well, and instructions to keep ourselves safe. I hope I don't ever HAVE to call them again, but if I needed more roof work done, I would definitely choose them again.

Royal Renovators are top of the line. High quality service! I hired them to replace my asphalt shingle roof, a flat roof, and gutters. My experience with them was wonderful from the beginning, to the end. Anna was such a pleasure to work with. She explained the process in detail. Answered every concern that I had. Sent me pictures and videos during the job. The whole crew was amazing. The work was superb, fast, and efficient. My new roofs look fantastic. The price was reasonable and fair. I was even impressed with the clean up at the end of the day. I have no complaints and I am very happy.
