First of all, the entire staff is incredibly friendly - any nervousness was immediately gone. They saw me right on time, I saw Dr Shanna. She was so thorough and explained everything very clearly. The treatments they offered were extensive and absolutely effective. I’ve only had one session but I walked away feeling lighter and even hearing better. My roommate has been coming for a few weeks and has said that every provider they’ve seen has been just as kind and effective as Dr Shanna, so you really can’t go wrong.

I love this place! I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was nervous, but Dr. Shanna is incredible. Aside from helping alleviate my pain, she is so nice and fun and makes me feel so comfortable. She’s professional and personable and tailors my treatment to what my body needs each week, and she is really good at explaining things to me (which is so refreshing; I hate when doctors just do their thing and act like I too went to med school!). I look forward to going every week because I leave feeling better in my body and soul, which sounds dramatic, but it’s such a relief to feel progress on correcting things that have been bothering me my whole life. I originally came in for a neck injury back in November, which has long since been fixed, but I’m still going back weekly 5 months later because I feel good about taking care of my body sooner rather than later. It feels like a treat, but it’s really just investing in my health. In short, Dr. Shanna is an angel, and I could not recommend her more. The entire staff, especially the front desk, is so nice and friendly too. If you’re on the fence, just go! Your body will thank you.

I go to the FiDi location and they exceeded my expectations. I’m getting a comprehensive program with clear explanations and improvements that me and the doctor can feel. The doctors are talented, especially Dr Ly. The front desk staff are super friendly, accommodating to scheduling needs or changes, and really awesome and fun to talk to. I look forward to my visits at this location and seeing everybody and highly recommend others to come. They are well resourced and know what they’re doing.
