I and some sisters had a girl's day out as Ramadan was being. We went to Bay Plaza saw a movie, light shopping, and ate we decided to go to Olive Garden. First of all the waitress was okay when we sat down then her attitude shifted for the worse. However, I and another sister ordered shrimp Alfredo with extra broccoli, and the third sister ordered tilapia. When I received my order the noodles could have had a little more alfredo sauce and it had about 6 broccoli(charge $3.75) I am not paying for 3 small pieces of broccoli. I asked to see the manager. The manager asked us that put all the broccoli on the plate and I told her I would not be spending that extra money for 6 small pieces she brought us 2 places of broccoli. So the moral of the story is I was very disappointed with everything. Service and Food. I will not be going there again.

We get to the restaurant and got sit down it took about 25 minutes to the server come to the table with a nasty attitude . We made the order and both orders came burnt and i don’t eve think they realize they give me a breaded chicken and the the pasta we order was with grilled chicken … we spoke with the server and no apology or nothing about the food …. Waste of money

Had an amazing time with my mom at Olive Garden. We're frequent guests at this location, but this time, we were served by an incredible server named Kiki. She was attentive, polite, and outgoing, and completely made my night out with mom so special. The food was delicious, and my Italian Margarita was on point as per usual. But the star/highlight was definitely Kiki! Thank you so much Kiki!!

I am an Olive Garden veteran. I know how the food should be. My appetizers were overcooked and bitter. I ordered the “Tour of Italy”; the best thing on the plate was the Alfredo; I had to get extra Alfredo because it’s dry. The chicken parm was totally overcooked, hard, and salty. The bottom layer of the lasagna was “crunchy hard”. Most of all; I was given a big core of lettuce 🥬 very brown. The salad 🥗 is suppose to be the best part. Well it wasn’t!!! I spent well over $150.00; even made a take out order that was incomplete.
