Very good food, cozy place. On my last visit the drinks were not to my liking due to the way they were prepared, I had to replace my drink, most of my companions said the same, there is a lack of more staff to serve the tables due to the delay in serving you at the table as there were few waiters.
The bathrooms need much more attention since they give a lot to say, especially for being such a busy place and being in such a busy area.
I ordered the seafood Alfredo pasta it was delicious, the garden salad was bitter. This time was very different from the previous ones I have visited. It's the first time I've seen the place a little neglected.

Terrible service, waiter isn’t kid friendly and waiter needs training on how to treat customers. Had to order extra dish because waiter didn’t want to do their job to correct something
EDIT: gave this place another try on 7/21/2024. Hugeeeee mistake . Spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant with an autistic child when it didn’t even have to be 2 hours. But wanna know why it was 2 hours? I’ll tell you! Because the waitress kept forgetting the basics we asked for and we had to wait 20 minutes in between for simple things like condiments, lemons, utensils, water, plates and ketchup. By the time the lemon came I was halfway down my drink. By the time the ketchup came my son was done eating. The salmon was dry and tasteless. I ordered “sautéed “ shrimp but clearly it was microwaved. Don’t get me started on the “medium well” steak I ordered. Well I’ll just post the pictures. We asked for the check/to go containers and bag. Each item was brought one by one 20 min apart. It was to the point we just paid on the iPad and just left. I was so so happy to finally go outside. Oh and of course we tipped. I’m sure the waitress did the best she could .

It was a great experience. we were a pleasant party of 11 Jehovah's Witnesses and the waitress assigned to us didn't disappoint!!!! 🤗💕🙌.
We came hungry but happy to be having one last get together with our 90 yr old young sister friend who is relocating to the south! 😊 The waitress, ...sorry I forgot her name was wonderful. We had the perfect area with the large oval shaped table off to itself that fit us all and made it the perfect atmosphere for us.
The waitress was one step ahead of us the whole time .The appetizers came out quickly and every one seemed satisfied with their entree. A few of us had drinks that were good too. Not to mention free refills on soft drinks. Thanks for a great experience.

We arrived at this location at about 6pm yesterday. The receptionist was really nice and we were walked to out table by the bus boy. The waiter named Joshue (found out his name in the receipt) began with wanting to change my order to his desire. I wanted the tour of Italy substituting the fettuccine with eggplant parm.
Once the food arrived the chicken was so hard and overcooked that I couldn’t cut nor chew. We called him over to explain and requested another piece of chicken, he proceeded to lift my plate from under by mid way forks with food, stating that he had to take the entire dish.
At this time we requested the supervisor who apologized for his demeanor and action.
The dish was brought by another waiter and we didn’t see the waiter nor the supervisor again. The supervisor nor waiter never came to verify if everything was good. Plates from the salad were never picked up

The food is terrible, I have no idea how this restaurant is still in business. It seems like a upscale McDonald's. But the service was fantastic. People working their work hard and are nice people. That's why I'm giving this Olive garden or two star rating. The food would be a zero rating but service is excellent. Also I ordered a steak medium and they gave me a well done steak. They gave me a new steak and it was still well done. Do not order the steak.
