Jaime Duchi and his team did an awesome job with the precision installation. We had a rainstorm a few days later and no leaks !!! We couldn’t be happier. It truly transformed the lighting of the top floor of our brownstone. Highly recommend based on great customer service and results.

its a blessing when you find good people who do good work, i found these guys local threw google maps, i called to get an estimate and the next day they came to check out my roof and look at the drain to see if he can replace it. told me in 1 week he will be ready to do the job. guys came early set up and got to work. future work on our other drain when we are ready will done by these guys. the part that was replace had water damage and was in bad shape, the drain is over well over 45 years. as you see if was kind glued to the wall and these guys also cleaned that up and patched it up
i am goin to give my whole roof a new coating of aluminum paint so i will update picture later so you can see a clean updated version.
also i am writing this review without having put the new drain job threw rainfall yet. i DO NOT expect to have to update this post with any complaints. i will just update after i paint with the aluminum

I hired them to repair my roof. They completed the job and I am really happy. I had gotten several estimates and they gave me the best price. They were reliable and communicated with me constantly, sending me pictures as they were working on the roof. Will recommend

I found Nice & Fast Construction on Angie's. Jaime Duchi and his staff did a very good job repairing my roof over my kitchen in the back of my room. He stripped the layers of all old roofing materials, added new wood to replace rotted wood, matched the asphalt shingles with my existing roof shingles, installed new ice and water shield on edge, and installed new aluminum brown flashing. His guys too away all the debris. I would highly recommend Nice & Fast! Rev. MJH

These guys did a top notch job on our roof repair. We had a pretty serious leak, so the situation was urgent. Jaime came by the day that I called, and the work was done within a few days after. Added to that, they’re affordable - we received a few quotes, and theirs was the most competitive.
