I am so happy that I used Long Island Roofing Co. I called and spoke with Donald . He immediately came over to my house . He was very professional and kind .. He gave me a written estimate to install my new skylights with all the necessary info and products that they used.. When I was ready to get the job done , I gave a deposit with an estimate of two weeks to install .. Long Island roofing did an excellent job with both skylights. The crew was very professional and they did an excellent job . Clean up was great .. I would definitely recommend this company.. Great job LI Roofing

I watched LI roofing do an install on my neighbors house over a year ago. They were clean and neat during the ripoff process so I approached one of the workers asking for a business card. Joe immediately interested came over and asked if he could be help. I explained what was needed and he gave me a card and told me to contact Donald. After calling Donald he came over and provided me with the literature for the company and the products they use and their install process. He gave me a written estimate and told me to call when I was ready. I checked out the company and their insurance and spoke to an old roofing friend of mine and he said they sounded good and on point with the price. Well it took me almost a year later and I was finally able to get the job done I called Donald, he picked up a deposit and gave me an estimated date of install. 2 weeks later at 0700, The crew arrived, set up tarps, and materials and tools and went to work. The rip off was faster than I expected. The entire house was done by 2::00 and looks great. I would definitely recommend this family owned company. Very seamless process. Thanks LI roofing

I am giving a 3 star rating on the fact that there was a big lack of communication on there part. I got my roof done about 2 weeks ago. Everything has been going good so far no leaks, time will tell. But, the capping that was on the lower roof was taken off in order to do the job. Keep in mind, I had this capping done brand new last year. And when they put the caping back on, it was all bent and looked very bad. I told Donald who initially wrote my contract about this. And he in turn told the owner. He told me he would come in a couple of weeks to fix it. But when I would ask for a documented confirmation, or a date he would not give it to me. In his defense he did in fact come in a couple of weeks. But did not give me a call or text that he was coming, it was a lucky thing I was home that day. In the end, after they finished both sides of the house don't match anymore which is very disappointing since I just got this done last year. Another thing is, when I signed the contract we agreed upon certain name brand materials being used. But when the time came to do the job, his son was there and said that he's using a different manufacture that we didn't agree on and claimed it was as good. I called the owner directly and mentioned I wanted the material that was internally agreed upon. There should not be a miscommunication between the owner and his workers, it should be what is on the contract and what I agreed upon for the price I'm paying. His work is good, but we're paying a lot of money for something to be done and I would like there to be documented communication to let me know what's going on.

After many months trying to get a leak in my lower roof fixed, I gave them a call after seeing they were still in business. About twenty years ago they had replaced the entire roof on the house and garage. Well they didn’t disappoint and I received the same exceptional service. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

We just had our roof replaced with Long Island Roofing and they did a fabulous job.The guys were very professional and so neat. Donald was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
