My Jaroa was spoiled and there was NO AIR CONDITIONER ON A 100 DEGREE WEATHER. I was burning up while trying to eat my spoiled order and asked for water. I was charged $3 for it. I made sure to let the cook know the Jaroa tasted and smell spoiled but I was ignored and charged a mandatory %18 service fee for damaged food I couldn't even eat. I also ordered steak with pasta and it was overcook and majority of it was uneatable as it was skin and grease. Two stars only since the seviche wasn't horrible.

100% I order almost every single week I am obsessed with the tallarin a la huancaina and it’s by far one of the best in Paterson and Passaic this location idk but the sauce they make it so good and creamy and not dry or watery like the other locations. The rice is so good the chaufa it’s not to salty like other locations and the rotisserie chicken so delicious.
Just a tip . If you order on Uber eats like me and you are picky about how you like your steak 🥩 or chicken Call them after you placed your order right away and tell them if you want it well done (I don’t like anything medium) they will help you out and make it to your like .
5 stars me and my kids love this food .

The food is good. The atmosphere is dirty and ugly. The service is unpredictable. They can be serious but also rude. The charge is $8 to deliver less than 1 mile. There is a 4% cover charge for paying credit card. It is a busy place, so employees get really stressed out, they should hire more people. Ana, who took my order through the phone, informed me that you have to pay extra for sauces like vinagreta, never asked for it in any Lena y Carbon restaurant. Also, the prices have gone up like 26 for a complete Pollo a la Brasa.

I had a fantastic experience at Lena y Carbon thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ana. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was on time and served warm. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Ceviche with Jalea and look forward to returning soon, thanks to the outstanding service from Ana!

Worst place I got there at 9:20 am they said your order will be ready in 20 minutes 35 minutes later they give me my order 😑 besides the lady who took my order give me a nasty attitude
