Overall atmosphere was great and all servers and staff were extremely professional. The food did not wow us but for Michelin standards this was reasonably priced. My personal favorite was probably the fried monkfish, nothing else really stood out for the price and hype. The bread was good though 😮‍💨

My now fiancé and I came to dinner here to celebrate our engagement and WOW the staff, the food, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better! Thank you so much to the staff at Le Coucou for making our evening so special with amazing service and memorable food! We ordered the leeks, the veal sweetbreads, the lamb, and the duck and everything was so well textured, flavorful, balanced, and just overall delicious! If you don’t enjoy gamey meat then you might want to order something else but we personally found each part of our meal to be fantastic. Highly recommend coming here if you love french food and / or are a bit adventurous!

I like the food here although it’s not excellent. I don’t think this restaurant deserves a Michelin star as the service is not good. My reservation was at 5:45pm. I called and asked the representative if I could rebook it at 6:30 or 7pm. She said no and no. I asked “How about 6pm?”. She just kept saying no and no explanation. To me, it’s rude. Normally, all the restaurants will keep your table in 15 minutes which means that if I come at 6pm with 5:45pm reservation, it should be fine. When we came to the restaurant, the front desk should have asked our name to take us to the table. It seemed like she expected us to say it ourselves with very bad attitude. I’m not sure if this was the same girl on the phone. I said I needed coat check and no one helped me get it off (this is not because I’m picky but all the Michelin restaurants do this as a good manner and when we left the restaurant, another lady did help me put my coat on). When we were seated, the man who helped us with orders came with no smile. We asked for recommendations and he used the pen to point at the menu like educating us. We ordered sparkling water for my boyfriend and still water for me. They served it in reverse. When I asked the waitress to fix it, she just said “OK”, no sorry or anything at all. I have been to many Michelin restaurants and this is the worst one ever. Overall, I still love the food but the staff here is not nice and needs to get some training.

I am really conflicted because I wanted to enjoy this place but I got food sickness. The presentation of the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great, perfect for a date night. I was so disappointed with the quality and flavor of the seafood dishes, but the rabbit was really good and the desserts hit the right spot. I probably won’t revisit, there are better options for the high price point.

The most beautiful restaurant I’ve been to in the city so far. The high ceiling and romantic chandelier matches perfectly for occasions like a date night or Valentine’s Day’s celebration. The meal is cooked to perfection, I’m still thinking about the crisp duck breast when I leaving. The service is attentive and warm, they’ve noticed we’re looking for some help immediately and took this nice photo of us. Would like to revisit for other important days as well!
