The best decision we made was to go with Joe The Roofer for total home outdoor renovation! We did new roof, siding and leafless gutters. Starting with Carlos who spent so much time explaining the process, bringing samples many times so he gave us time to make the right choices of products, colors and design for us. Very nice, professional and patient. Made a few visits to our home with no pressure at all. Thank you Carlos! We went with your company because of you! The three separate teams, roof, siding and gutters, are experts in their fields, each with their own managers: special thanks to Charlie, Gabriel a very talented detail oriented professional, and John. All are Meticulous professionals. The teams arrived early morning each day, and worked late into the evenings. They come every day till done. Thank you all, especially Abraham from the siding team who was my go to on a day to day basis. They pick up every tiny bit of debris daily, leave your property immaculate and zero damage to landscaping. If you go with Joe The Roofer you are going with the best!

Joe and his team did a great job on our roof. It looks great and we have had no leaks. There were a few issues caused by the crew on the day of the work being done but Joe stood by his work and took the steps needed to make it right. He came back to check on my concerns and made sure we were properly taken care of. He has done roofs for other members of our family and had positive results as well.

I Highly recommend Joe the Roofer. My project started by passing Joe’s crew doing an installation at a nearby neighborhood house. I called up the number on one of the trucks. They were polite and set up a free estimate. I worked with their salesman Alex who was thorough and willing to describe all the details of the job. I ended up getting the roof, siding, gutters, and leaders done. I also included the shed. They also removed a sky light and an outside window. I would say that their work crews were the best part. They really did a bang-up job on all facets of this transformation. Joe also personally made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Here are the before and after pics:

After a very fair estimate, they had my roof replacement scheduled within a few days. The team came at 7am and made sure to move any deck furniture away from the house. They were courteous and extremely efficient. After the roof was complete they were thorough with cleaning everything up including any nails that might have fallen in the grass. I highly recommend Joe the Roofer.

From setup to cleanup we could not be more pleased with Joe the Roofer. He was completely honest with us during the entire research period and while they did not have the lowest quote (we got five quotes and they were third), we believed they were the best combination of quality, professionalism, value, reputation and price. We were correct. The whole job took 9 hours from setup at 6:45 am until completion. The crew did a fantastic job protecting our property (including deck, furniture, windows, AC units, etc) and the installation was surprisingly quick and well done. At the end, the crew even installed four new floodlights for me since the ladders were already in place. The cleanup was A+. We literally found only a few nails on our entire property afterwards and to the naked eye they would have been hard to find (i.e. hidden in a crack or blending in with soil). Most importantly, the roof looks amazing!! We had the original, 21-year-old builder's grade roof on our home and it had begun leaking, so we had to get it replaced. The new roof makes our home look like new and with two huge storms occurring since the installation, we have had a chance to 'test drive' the roof. Just a wonderful job all-around and we would highly recommend Joe the Roofer.
