Great service, great food and drinks, and generally just a great vibe — especially if you’re celebrating and trying to enjoy some family or chill friend time. Our waitress (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was so kind. She was really busy but still made sure to keep checking on us and make sure we had everything. She let us know beforehand that they were busy (for mothers day) and the food might take a little longer so she encouraged us to order our main course with our appetizers so we wouldn’t wait longer. That was helpful. The manager (I assume) was also around and even brought out the heaters because it got cold in the patio seating and made it comfortable for us to sit and eat. Overall a lovely time. Truly recommend and we’ll be going back this summer!

I’ve been coming here for years, literally watched them grow in all aspects. The food is amazing ! The hospitality is immaculate , the food comes out very quickly. They now have a bar and the drinks are delicious!!!! They don’t discriminate in anyway shape or form . They treat everyone equally . 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Highly recommend this restaurant! I live about 2 towns over and whenever I’m craving some reasonably priced, quality Colombian cuisine, this is the place I come to. There are several other restaurants in the area but they do not compete AT ALL. I have experienced horrible service from the other restaurants where they treat you differently if you do not speak their language. El Roble is friendly to people of ALL backgrounds and is newly renovated as well as their bar!!! Drinks are delicious!! Food is immaculate!! Service is phenomenal!! I would recommend the Shancocho beef soup for starters, it is delicious!!

Took an Uber from Newark airport to try this spot. Their food was exceptionally delicious and the staff were very personable. I've ordered their sancocho soup and their delicious churrasco. It was truly a taste of Colombia. I will definitely return to try additional flavors. If you want authentic Colombian cuisine then I highly recommend this place!
