My roof leak in many different places. Larry came out and told me the bad news that the roof needed to be replaced. I braced my self for the bad news. His people came out and replaced the roof and their work was EXCELLENT. The roof looks better than it ever did. They didn’t leave any mess behind. The whole roof was done in 2 days and I am very happy. I will happily recommend Larry and his company to anyone who needs their roof done. Oh and the price was very reasonable. THANK YOU AGAIN LARRY! If you are concerned about hiring a roofing company be sure he is the right one to hire.

Larry and his team were GREAT!. Communication was fluid - very responsive. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. His team were on time and and fast. Quality work and competitive prices. He took his time to explain the work needed and gave me options. Checked in weeks later after heavy rainfalls to ensure there were no issues. That's amazing customer service. Glad to report - NO LEAKS!! Would absolutely recommend this group.

I would 10/10 recommend East Coast Residential for any of your needs. From the first day I called, Larry was punctual and efficient. I needed to have the downspout replaced on the outside. He came by my house to check out the work and provide an estimate the same day I called. The next day I called and was able to schedule time for him and his crew to come back out for the replacement. I had to work in the office and the team was flexible and came to do the work anyway. They were all on time, very professional and everything looks perfect. Services are also very affordable, which is always a plus when you're a homeowner! I'd definitely hire Larry and his crew back for future repairs. Thanks East Coast Residential!

From the first call, Larry was responsive & very professional. I needed some work on my chimney which was done perfectly. My roof and gutters were then replaced. The crew was so polite and they cleaned up every day. I had 2 layers of roof on my house so it all needed to be torn off. It was a big messy job but I couldn't be more happy with the results. Larry gave me a more than fair price (I know because I received other estimates that were as much as 5k over what East Cost quoted). I felt confident that the job would be done well - they had done my neighbor's roof and he was very happy with it too). Larry is the "old school" contractor I wish there were more of - on site checking everything was going well and we were happy with the progress. You will not be disappointed.
